Curbing at 20mph - Full Repair

Here is today's alloy wheel refurbishment, completed in Manchester. As you can see, the wheel has kerbing chunks all down one side of the wheel, where the car hit a pavement at 20mph. I have thoroughly cleaned the wheel down to identify the extent of the damage, before gradually sanding down the area. 

Large chunks were filled using a high quality wheel filler, before the whole wheel was lightly flatted to create an even surface. The wheel was painted, lacquered and cured under heat lamps before being refitted to the car. 

The hire company will never know...
