Bumper Scuff Repair for BMW

White cars have become increasingly popular during the last few years; however when they incur scratches and scrapes, the damage can often show up much more clearly than other colours of vehicles. 


This beautiful white BMW had been clipped twice, on both the front and rear bumper. After a quick colour match using the manufacturer's paint code, I mixed up the correct paint and was able to sand out, re-paint, lacquer and cure both repairs in under three hours. Further, this was all done at the customer's home address. This style of repair is called SMART repair (small to medium area repair technique). It aims to repair damage whilst ensuring that the smallest area of paintwork is touched. The alternative is a costly bodyshop repair, which would respray the whole panel or area, and often take at leat 24-hours to cure.
